• To engage clients with the Capsticks brand through a brand experience
• To build on the success of last year’s office launch and summer party by offering a comparable but new live experience
• To showcase and celebrate Capsticks’ office environment as a mark of both the firm’s past success and it’s ambitious future.
The Solution
We developed a contemporary and sleek live experience using floristry that was symbolic of the Capsticks brand. Beautiful arrangements were made using bamboo to illustrate and celebrate Capsticks’ durability, strength and established roots, a year into their occupancy of their new office.
Dramatic thresholds, garlanded walkways and ambient music and lighting ensured an inspiring journey for clients through the office space guided by the Capsticks partners showcasing both the Capsticks office and their services.
There were welcome speeches by the Capsticks’ CEO and a long-standing client. This provided key opportunities and a platform for discussing their growth as a law firm and their future plans.
The Result
We created the optimum business development environment that enabled Capsticks to connect with its client network and reflected their unique brand using a positive, exciting and celebratory communication solution.
Guests enjoyed an evening of canapés, drinks and music that allowed the partners to connect with their clients on both a formal and informal level.
